We took a break from our fall decor to bring you our Halloween decor ideas last week but we're back again with some great fall entry decor ideas. We try to make the transition to fall decor super easy on ourselves because with our growing family, there is less and less time to make a big stink of it all!
When transitioning decor for the seasons, we like to think about what's happening outside and reflect that indoors. For instance, the leaves are falling from the tress, exposing it's branches. We then use that indoors. The colors are also changing so we found these great amber glass vases from Hearth and Hand at Target to reflect the color change outside. Of course cotton wood is a staple stem in fall so we had to incorporate that. We also changed out the stems in the clear glass vase from a floral to cotton wood stems that have yet to open. We love these for height and used them in our fall family room decor as well which is a nice cross over.
Lastly, one of our favorite quotes this time of year is:
"Autumn shows us how beautiful it is to let things go" - unknown
We love to use clear glass this time of year and empty vases and jars. It creates this sense of open space where we've let things go, creating a blank canvas for new things!
