There is nothing like a well set table for the holidays!
This is one of the 2 tablescapes for Thanksgiving! From the bottom up, we started with a beautiful cream textured table cloth that we folded into a runner to keep the wood table exposed. We layered live greens and pussy willow in the middle of the table along with birch branches. Pine cones are then added throughout. From there we added several candles and candlesticks for a beautiful glow. At the end of the table sits a white pumpkin on top of a cake stand.
Here you will see a closer view of some of the details of the table. The glass tumblers are filled with small birch disks on the outside of a candle.
For the table setting we layered a small bowl on top of a large plate placed on top of a gold and cream placemat. The napkins are tied with a beautiful cream and gold ribbon. A gold gem is hung from the ribbon and finished off with a sprig of rosemary.
Table #2
This is the more traditional and colorful table. Here we started with a table runner with traditional fall colors of red and orange and then layered live greens and beautiful dried leaves in a red and orange garland. We place thin small birch logs on this table as well. From there we added pine cones and pumpkins.
For the table setting, we layered the place setting on top of a brown woven place mat to ground
