Rustic MN Outdoor Nursery

Named after a MN town dear to the hearts of the family, this baby boys nursery was kept very neutral, bringing in rustic and natural elements from the outdoors, keeping true to the nature of the MN outdoors.

Hung above the dresser and changing table are these thin wooden shelves that hold woodland creatures and of course the letter “P”.

In between the windows we found the perfect spot to hold the most precious pictures a mom could handle – the ultra sound pictures throughout the pregnancy!  The black and white images were the perfect neutral to add to the space and a wonderful reminder of amazing life is!

The prefect place to rest and read books to the little one! In the corner is a framed map of Preston, MN – The town the baby boy is named after.

This wonderful raw wood shelf and rod iron brackets hold up some wonderful woodland decor.

In this nursery we opted to use the dresser as the changing table as well to easily transition it to just a dresser once the baby is grown.  the drawers hold changing necessities right below it as well as cloths in all the other drawers.  Big sis can stand on the stool and “Help” when Preston is being changed!

The wall with with windows is a couple shades darker to give the room a bit of depth especially since it houses those bright windows and light curtains.
