Organization of the Home Brings Order During Quarantine

In the wake of a crisis, we take to our homes for safety and comfort. They truly are our havens. And in times like this when things feel a bit out of my control, I feel the need to bring order to my life and how I typically do that is through organization. It’s always been something I’ve done and it typically helps me concentrate more, makes me happier, and overall just makes me feel better.

I know that for our family, we thrive off of a routine and organization so we thought we would share with you our plans during this extra time at home to organize during this outbreak and how we plan to make use of the time, especially as we are to avoid large groups and stay home.

Our Plan

We plan to take this one room at a time and tackle that room or area in one day so we don’t get overwhelmed and still have time for other activities.

Below we have listed out each room we plan to tackle and our favorite organizational pieces that go along with those rooms and/or tasks. Feel free to take this at your own pace. We have already gotten started and this past weekend and feel so great!
