Happy Holidays, Friends! This year we really leaned into the existing color palette around our home and used it throughout the holiday decorations. We gathered the team, turned up the Christmas carols, and got to decorating! Decorating our home as a team this year was our first go at it and it was so fun - inspiration flowed from every direction!

This year we focused our efforts on 4 spaces - Sunroom, Family Room, Entry, and outdoor entry. The reasoning behind this is that these are the spaces that receive the most traffic and will be enjoyed by those visiting and those living in the spaces the most. Sunroom
Starting with the Christmas tree! As mentioned, this year we really leaned into the already existing hues in the home which are blue. We used a lot of what we already had but either added a few ornaments like these large blue ornaments or left out a few that weren't speaking to us this year.
Our sunroom is small but mighty! I love to overload this room during the holidays because it's so cozy! We rearranged our furniture a bit to accommodate the tree and I can't stop snuggling up in here! The best find for this room has to be this sofa! The chaise moves around on it and can convert to either side. This was absolutely necessary because I knew we need that flexibility in this space and the ability to kick our feet up and relax! Plus it allows us to perfectly fit it in here with the tree.
We added a few more greens in the space and carried over the beautiful blue in these super tall blue candles which adds the height needed in this corner. I love to snuggle up here at night next to the tree and read/scroll through my phone.

Family Room
The Family room sits right off of the sunroom and holds the fireplace. Of course, we decorated the mantel with stockings and garland!
The other areas of the family room include vignettes of greenery and touches of the holiday season.
And let's not forget the banister! We do not have a tall banister but we were able to make a big impact either way!
Entry
Of course, we had to dress up the entry! It's the first place your guests see and begins to tell the story of the home!
Outside
In MN we have to get this out prior to the first snowfall or it becomes a lost cause!
Happy Holidays, Friends! Thanks for being here!
